Job Description:

Production Schedules:

• Develop and maintain schedules for a streamlined manufacturing process.
• Consider planning time, routing, and product quantities for efficiency.

Manufacturing Orders:

•  Create and manage orders to ensure a smooth workflow on the production floor.
•  Schedule production batches based on raw material availability and timelines.

Inventory Management:

• Forecast inventory needs by analyzing sales forecasts and customer demands.
• Plan procurement processes aligned with customer demand to maintain optimal levels.
• Monitor raw material levels for availability and oversee goods receiving and delivery.
• Customer Orders:
• Plan production schedules to fulfill customer orders, considering time, routing, and quantities.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with marketing and procurement departments for efficient problem-solving.
•  Actively communicate with relevant teams to align production plans with market demands.

Capacity and Resource Management:

• Analyze and fulfill capacity and resource requirements in the production process.
• Optimize resource allocation to meet production goals and timelines.

Stock Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitor stock levels in raw materials and finished products for a seamless production process.
• Implement proactive measures to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Provide accurate and timely inventory data to the accounting department for financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING from reputable University.
• Must be able to speak English, if you can speak Mandarin it will be a plus
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in PRODUCTION PLANNING and INVENTORY CONTROL
• Preferably those with experience in the field of toys factory or similar.
• Ability to align production plans with business goals and analyze market trends.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for efficient production processes.
• Strong project management skills for overseeing production schedules and optimizing resources.
• Proficient in data analysis for forecasting inventory needs and making data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication for coordinating with teams and addressing production issues.
