Responsibilities
• Running and controlling the production process based on the work schedule• Monitoring the production process and ensuring compliance with standards• Controlling the quality of product raw materials• Organizing and implementing standard operational procedures• Monitoring and supervising the implementation of GMP, 5R, and Personal Hygiene
Requirements
• Minimum SMK with specific major in Mechanical Engineering• Minimum 4 years experience in food manufacturing as a Team Leader/Supervisor• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering preferred• Good leadership spirit and ability to coordinate and motivate a team• Good time management and effective work skills• Disciplined, honest, loyal, responsible, communicative, and initiative• Able to operate a computer• Willing to work Monday-Saturday (Shifting)• Willing to be placed in Plant Cikarang
