Program Development Officer (Bahasa Indonesia Paud, Sd, Smp, Sma)

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Bahasa Indonesia or Education.

• At least 2 years of experience in teaching Bahasa Indonesia at school(s).

• Max. age of 40.

• Required Skills:

• Adept in Bahasa Indonesia and teaching it to students

• Making Syllabus, Lesson Plan, Yearly & Semester Plan, Worksheet, Exam Paper, and other teaching materials

• Knowledge transfer to teachers in the form of curriculum meetings and/or trainings

• Well-versed in National and International Curriculum (Cambridge, Common Core, IB, etc.)

• Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia and a variety of strategies for engagement, instruction, and assessment

• Adaptable to changes 

• The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Good Communication Skills with team members, teachers, and other related parties

• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills

• Strong analytical skills to learn and develop curriculum/program

• Excellent customer service attitude

• Having a Responsible-to-Life attitude

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

• Design Learning Program/Curriculum for Bahasa Indonesia PAUD, SD, SMP, SMA Kinderfield - Highfield School and its affiliation

• Make Syllabus, Lesson Plan, Yearly & Semester Plan, Worksheet, Exam Paper, and other teaching materials 

• Evaluate the Program/Curriculum regularly 

• Observe classes regularly to see the implementation of the curriculum

• Update and revise the Program/Curriculum regularly

• Give regular professional development and/or curriculum update to teachers

• Communicate changes and updates in program/curriculum to teachers and conduct trainings regarding the updates

• Maintain continuous personal growth (skills, attitude, mindset, etc.)

• Administrative works (Routine reports, documentation, files and folders uploads via Google Drive, etc.)
