Assist Direct Superior in monitor and controlling day to day F&A operations for projects including : project reporting, PL analysis, budget & forecast preparation, maintain account (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss) reconciliation and administration, and also for the items as follow:
· Revenue estimates (Including production data)
· Major Subcontractor and Supplier Cost Estimates
· Balance score card
· Contingency – Risks and Opportunities
Other costs, equipment rate, capital expenditures
Coordination between with related department Head Office on all F&A aspects relating to:
- Statutory accounting requirement
- Taxation, payroll
- Treasury
Management Internal Reporting
Identify financial aspect in contractual clauses (e.g. financial implications of damages, billing, other related financial clauses) in the contract and provide new concept, approach or feedback.
Responsible for completion of F&A requirements for new project including initial project set up, bank accounts, systems and taxation.
