Responsibilities:
- Supports the project manager and project team with various administrative tasks to facilitate the seamless execution of projects.
- Creating and maintaining project documentation from plans, schedules, design, and other documents are current and the latest.
- Coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and other related events. Record meeting minutes and distribute action items to relevant parties.
- Generate project status reports in daily, weekly or monthly basis.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, policies, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above majoring in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
- Have at least 2 years working experience as document controller or Project Administrator for construction projects.
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Trello or Microsoft Project) and technical documentation.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Details Oriented, very meticulous, multitasker, task and target oriented type of person.
- Full proficiency in English
- Willing to work in Batam, Indonesia
