Uraian Tugas

A Project Administrator assist with project management duties, oversee and perform administrative functions concerned with various projects. This may include calling clients, making appointments, ordering supplies, doing site visits and preparing reports.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily administrative functions of a project or program.
  • Liaising with other professionals and consultants to define outcomes and timelines.
  • Collecting and analysing project data and reporting on outcomes.
  • Coordinating and administering meetings, including issuing of minutes.
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders.
  • Managing project documentation and contracts, raising issues and implementing changes to contracts.
  • Providing daily support to project team as directed by management.
  • Assisting Project Managers with budgeting and regular reporting.
  • Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE work experience as Project Admin or similar expertise for at least 1 years
  • Graduated with a Degree (S1/D3) 
  • Maximum age 30 year
  • Proficient in MS office (Excel, word, Power Point, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
