Project Administrator

1. Prepare project budget and product costing in support of project feasibility study.

2. Manage and control project expenditure from PR quotations to payment schedule and track forecast vs actual.

3. Assist in the planning of projects by preparing project schedules.

4. Assist in the providing project updates and maintaining meeting minutes/agenda.

5. Manage and control project resources and track forecast vs actual.

6. Manage site project list and priority.

7.General support to project teams and PMO department.
