About The Company:

• The working venue is in Central Jakarta.
• Our client is a Japanese Constructioncompany. Currently, they are looking for Site Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Review project specifications and blueprints to understand requirements and scope.
• Supervise on-site construction activities for adherence to specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to schedule deliveries and resolve issues.
• Provide technical guidance to construction teams on engineering design, materials, and methods.
• Interpret engineering drawings and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in resolving technical challenges during construction.
• Maintain project documentation including logs, reports, and drawings.
• Submit status reports to stakeholders and track deviations from the plan.
• Record material usage, equipment, and labor hours.
• Act as a liaison between clients, architects, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure on-site compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Certified SKK Ahli Teknik Bangunan level 9.
• Willing to be placed anywhere (for projects)
• Based in Jakarta Headquarters.
• Fluent in English (Business Level).
