Key Responsibilities :
- Handling Building Management administration
- Managing and overseeing building operational permit data
- Recording data both online (invoices, petty cash) and offline (electricity bills, service charges, water bills, telephone, etc.)
- Assist in administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and filing
- Assist with proposal creation and correspondence
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administration, Secretary, or Building Management Staff
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong computer skills – proficiency in Ms. Office
- Good organizational and administration skills
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
