Project Buyer

Responsibility:

1. Oversight responsibility for purchasing, expediting, and logistics coordination of the assigned;
2. Incorporating standard procurement procedures and strategies in the procurement of goods;
3. Interacting with the project procurement lead, project manager, and EPC contractor company;
4. Handling end to end procurement process;
5. RFQ bidder lists;
6. Requests for Quotation (RFQs)
7. Commercial evaluations;
8. Purchase orders and change orders;
9. Material status reports;
10. RFQ status reports;
11. Expediting status reports;
12. Critical correspondence with vendors;
13. Open tender;
14. Review vendor performance and contract together with user and vendor management;
15. Handling Import purchases.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Buyer in oil and gas, MEP industry;
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Industrial Engineer;
3. Good analytical & negotiation skills;
4. Strong knowledge of sourcing strategic, vendor management, budget control, and import procurement;
5. Familiar with procure systems (SAP, Sage 300);
6. Customer service and quality oriented;
7. Having knowledge and qualification in project management will be helpful.
8. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint);
9. Willing to work at our Head Office in Jakarta Selatan.
