Project Control (Manager) - Refinery

As the Project Control Manager, you will be assisting the project manager in overseeing Project Control, cost monitoring, planning, scheduling, and reporting to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Utilize project management skills to optimize resources, maintain quality standards, and contribute to the success of dynamic energy projects.

Description

• Support the project manager in maintaining overall Project Control, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals and objectives.
• Manage project budgets, meticulously tracking expenses to ensure cost control.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, identifying critical milestones and potential risks, and providing regular updates to the project manager.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Implement and uphold quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards, conducting necessary audits as required.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports for senior management, facilitating effective communication between the project team and stakeholders.
• Analyze project performance data and contract management to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Proactively assist the project manager in identifying and implementing preventive measures or corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project files.
• Utilize project management software and tools to streamline Project Control processes and enhance efficiency.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent diploma
• At least 7 years of Project Controls experience
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant Project Control tools
• Demonstrated team leadership skills, with experience in cross-cultural management
• Familiarity with fundamental business principles in the palm oil refinery industry
• Knowledge of legal and contractual standards specific to the palm oil refinery sector in Indonesia
• Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in commercial management processes
