Project Engineer

General Requirements:

• Graduated Engineering Bachelor Degree from well-known University  
• Fresh Graduate or having experience in fabrication project management are welcome 
• Personality – Good ABCDE (Attitude, Behaviour, Character, Discipline & Enthusiasm)
• Good English communication skill (oral and written)
• Good interpersonal skill and teamwork
• Good knowledge on work scheduling and work sequencing
• The ability to work with multiple discipline task
• Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices

Main Duties:

1. Coordinate with all departments involved in the development of engineering drawings, technical studies, fabrication sequence/method of work, etc.
2. Prepare MTO and prepare Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order all material required for the job.
3. Co-ordination of all production activities and the maintenance of production schedules.
4. Coordinating with Clients for any project related matters and problem solving.
5. Ensuring availability of adequate and suitably qualified personnel and resources.
6. Supervision of material control, logistics and shipping staff. 
7. Ensuring the provision of adequate resources to maintain an effective plant and equipment maintenance program.
8. Maintenance of good house-keeping standards within Company’s fabrication facility.
9. Administration of the Contract and its Budget control.
10. Developing project schedule to meet client requirements and its monitoring.
11. Coordination and Monitoring of project material procurement.
12. Monitoring of overall progress of the project and its control.
13. Studying cost status and report to the management if there is deviation in project budget.
14. To report any unsafe act or condition to the immediate superior or HSE department and be role of model and perform report safety leadership in his/her own area.
15. Prepare Weekly Report and Monthly Report to Client.
