Qualification
- Prepare cost estimate/ BOQ for bidding or tender
- Read drawing correctly, calculation quantity and prepare unit price analysis
- Regularly review unit price analysis
- Coordinate with project subcontractors or vendors
- Coordinate with project manager, designer and procurement
- Work along with the team to deliver the project in time
Qualification
- S1 civil engineering, architecture or interior design
- Minimum GPA 3,00
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Project Estimator
- Preferably in interior project or relevant experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Good in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Able to work under pressure
