Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Execution:
1. Coordinate and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, seminars, and social gatherings.
2. Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements.
Logistics and Coordination:
1. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and transportation.
2. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
Budget Management:
1. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
2. Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
Creative Input:
1. Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall event experience and engagement.
2. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing event materials.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
1. Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their needs and providing updates on event planning progress.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align event strategies with overall company objectives.
Requirements:
- S1 all major.
- Experience as an Event Coordinator in a creative agency or event organizer for at least 3 years.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative and good communication skills in English
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
