Project Management Officer (Pmo) - Makassar

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Create project schedule and able to present the project plan.
• Helping CEO for internal operation of the company and develop business strategy from planning development, project development, sales and marketing and estate management.
• Able to create and analyze the s-curve data.
• Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools.
• Recommend and implement modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones.
• Oversee schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results.
• Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Well understood of day to day business process operations
• At least 5 years of experience in project planning within construction for high rise building and landed house project.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
• Good English is a must.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
• Good communication & management skills.
• Willing to be placed in Makassar
