Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our agile team as a Project Management Support. We initiate tree planting in close collaboration with our Tree Planting Partners (further TPPs) and farmers. The successful candidate will support the due diligence process of new projects and be responsible for follow-up ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be highly organized with strong administrative skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support administrative tasks related to the onboarding of new projects.
- Make regular reports on the status of projects.
- Coordinate regular meetings with TPPs to update the progress of activities.
- Conduct in-depth field visits to project locations to closely accompany TPPs and farmers when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Carbon Analysts, Foresters & Customer Success, to ensure TPP needs are met.
- Provide guidance to TPPs to ensure they are following the agreed operational plan.
- Maintain a proactive attitude to support your colleagues where needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Forestry, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Project Management role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Mother Tongue Bahasa Indonesia, fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions.
- Demonstrated the ability to work independently and as part of an agile team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
