For the first 20 years, the ARISA group primarily concentrated on cosmetic packaging products; a state of the art products segment requiring a very high standard only a few selected Asian manufacturers could meet. In the early 2000s Arisamandiri diversified and started producing electronics and home appliances which has since become our core business. Staying true to our promise of quality today, we serve many customers at home and around the world with all their manufacturing needs.

Qualifications & experience

• Four or more years of project management experience
• Experience in developing home appliances technologies for maximum usability
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Proven success working with all levels of management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Starting a project is like checking feasibility and assembling a budget, team, and resources
• Carry out planning which includes setting goals and objectives, determining roles and scheduling tasks to suit client needs
• Lead and motivate the project team and stakeholders Manage projects which includes coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keep the project within budget
• Carry out monitoring and control activities to track project progress Identify and manage risks to ensure projects are on time
• Implement necessary changes throughout the project process Make regular reports to management and clients
• Evaluate successes and challenges to enhance learning for the next project.
