Project Officer JOB PURPOSE Responsible for documenting, create document and ensure document approval, all activities of Capital Expenditure (Cap Ex) Investment, whether single or basic budget project, so that the project can be performed in timely manner and comply to the Bayer regulations (Corporate Directive, Bayer Group Standard, Best Practice, dan Technical Standards).
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create the documents and ensure the approval process, including all documentation required for the qualification report.
Ensure the availability and traceability of the documents.Ensure the related documentations, for all project activities, comply to the Bayer regulation (Corporate Directive, Bayer Group Standard, Best Practice, and Technical Standards).
Have up-to-date knowledge of internal and external regulation related to the project.Have up-to-date knowledge related to the project documentation and its implementation according to Bayer regulations (Corporate Directive, Bayer Group Standard, Best Practice, and Technical Standards).
Support Capex Engineer to monitor project costs.WHO YOU ARE Minimum bachelor degree in Pharmacy or equivalent Have work experience in the pharmaceutical industry for at least 1 year Understand and be able to speak and write in English Application Period: 26 February March 2024
