Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven solid experience in managing Procurement operations (experienced in Property/Real Estate Industry is a plus point).
- Specialized in Project Procurement, handling contractors, sub-contractors, building materials, MEP, etc.
- Fluent in Mandarin is a big plus point.
- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Willing to be located in Head Office (Puri Kembangan, Jakarta Barat).
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and recommending the right vendors/suppliers according to the specified specifications and budget to ensure a profitable partnership.
- Negotiating goods to get the right price and quality goods to support the smooth operation of the workshop.
- Periodically review the performance of vendors/suppliers to determine the capabilities and quality of services provided to their departments.
- Monitor the process of procurement of goods ordered from vendors/suppliers running on time and in accordance with the required specifications.
- Checking every document/administration required related to managing cooperation with vendors/suppliers remains accurate, complete and according to established procedures.
