About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang.
• Our client is a Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for Project Recruiter (Mass Recruit).

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process to achieve the target of employee’s join date (starting from pre-screening, providing candidate’s resume to User, scheduling an interview with the user, candidates interview, arranging the psychological test & MCU, preparing to offer letter & agreement for candidates).
• Provide solutions for the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process in the company.
• Able to handle the Mass Recruitment process.
• Other tasks regarding recruitment as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Senior Staff level and has experience in handling the Mass Recruitment process for 2-3 years.
• Achievement of on-time recruitment in the previous project/company.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, listening, reading).
• Arrangement of schedule and meetings for the expat user.
• Good time management.
