PT. Roda Nurmala is pump & system specialist. We are distributing pump systems across projects in Indonesia. Established for more than 20 years, we have strong market presence in commercial building, industrial and oil & gas projects, specialized in fire pumps. We have collaborated with big projects and big developer groups, private and governments such as Agung Sedayu, Agung Podomoro, Ciputra, Sinarmas, Unilever, Indofood, WIKA, PP, Pertamina, Medco and many more.
Duties :
- Learn about our products, learn about our customers and markets.
- Execute sales strategies and plans to achieve annual sales targets.
- Lobbying users (consultants, contractors & owners) with results.
- Achieve winning ratios
- Create project from zero.
- Manage and supervise your sales & project until completion (and you get the commission!)
Requirements :
- Passionate, persistent, creative, ambitious, target oriented sales person.
- Proven sales and communication (lobbying, negotiation, persuasion, closing) skills.
- Proven sales achievements.
- Proven experienced in commercial building or industrial market.
- Proven networks with with end user, consultant and contractor.
- Possess integrity, values and trustworthy.
- Possess great people skills, attractive appearance and charisma.
- Mechanical engineering background is preferred but not necessary.
