Responsibilities
- Ensure building operating standards (security, cleanliness, neatness, comfort, and hospitality) are done optimally.
- Ensure the implementation of 6S, also drives behavioral change in the tenant.
- Ensure tenant satisfaction can be achieved through optimum service.
- Direct the development of building and facilities management systems continuously.
- Manage the tenant's expectations through effective and intensive communication with the tenant to maintain the property value
- Manage GA activities for the building according to the schedule and budget, including the purchase of non-construction, equipment, and service
- Ensure Operating Expenses refer to the approved annual budget
- Established operational policies for the Building Management system
- Ensure facilities compliance and upgrade to achieve office building’s competitiveness through Green Certification.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any Major
- Minimum 15 years of experience, preferably in Top Property Management
- Skill : Managerial, Planning & Organizing, Communication, Problem Solving & Analysis, and Team Player
- Computer savvy
- Good knowledge of basic Refrigerant, Air Conditioning, Boiler Steam, Pool Treatment, Generator Set, Mechanical, Electrical & Civil works.
- Good knowledge with engineering operational issues and civil work/projects.
- Good knowledge of hotel/building management guidelines and international standard hotel operation procedures.
