Psychometrician

Job Description

1. Responsible for project managing mass online assessment projects.
2. Responsible for conducting assessment research, including but not limited to, test construction.
3. Responsible for the designing & delivery of training (Explaining Personality assessments, inclusive of 16PF, and Ability Assessments).
4. Responsible for the development of all calculations for Assessment related Reports, both Online Assessments and Assessment Centres.

Requirements

1. Degree of Psychometrics / Psychology ( Master's Degree / PHD is an advantage )
2. Min. 5 + years Work Experience
3. Experience in Test Construction required
4. Project Management experience is a must
5. Fluent in English is an advantage
6. Strong in Excel
7. Strong with Excel and Statistic Software is a must
8. Strong Presentation skills required
9. Experience in leading a team
