Responsibilities
• Distribute assignments to Public Area Attendants• Inspect and ensure proper cleaning of Public Areas• Report any damage for repairs and check equipment• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of assigned areas• Train and supervise employees on chemical use• Maintain communication with other departments• Deliver high quality service to guests• Ensure effective cost control• Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs• Carry out other assigned duties and responsibilities
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years as a Public Area Attendant or 1 year as a Public Area Supervisor• English literate• Good knowledge of Public Area operations• Able to lead and guide a small group• Good knowledge of using chemicals and cleaning machines• Physically fit and able to work long hours• Good communication skills
