This role will include : Maintain all related purchasing documentations, Maintain & update Supplier Databased, Monitor status of orders in order to meet in quality and on-time delivery target
Responsibilities
- Maintain all related purchasing documentations and ensure to kept the integrity, confidentiality, accessible & update.
- Maintaince Supplier Databased & it's categorization
- Data collection & Cost reporting
- Pricing update, Monitor status of orders, Track delivery times, updated to the system E-IPR
- Provide quotation from specific supplier & providing alternate supplier
Competencies
- Market & industry awarness
- Computer ability to operate Windows office (Excel ,Words, Powerpoint)
- Min 3 year experience related Procurement / supply chain
- English verbal and written communication skill
- Good analyst and problem solving
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities to meet deadlines
- Good comunication skill
- Have high work motivation, being responsible and being accurate to minize risk of mistakes.
