Purchasing Engineering Staff (Gresik, East Java)

Job Description:

• Identify all Purchase Request (PR)
• Sourcing Vendor especially in Gresik and Surabaya region
• Follow up outstanding PO - Daily Report
• Update Inventory and delivered item (attach the Photo) - Daily Report
• Full responsibility of updating/reporting to Head Of Purchasing

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) - Management/Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as finance/accounting staff in FMCG industry
• Advance in Ms Office (Excel, etc.)
• Excellent in Internal-External Communication, basic technical knowledge (Familiar with Industry standards, Manufacturing processes), and Negotiation
• Fluent in English/Chinese is a must
• Good character (honest, integrity, determined, etc)
• Able to work in a team
• Having good logical thinking
• Willing to take part in the Recruitment and Work Placement process in Gresik, East Java
