QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Purchasing & Exim department
- Have good leadership skills
- Have negotiation skills
- Have knowledge of spare parts, production materials, equipment and machinery
- Ability to do problem solving or handling (objections) customers
- Must have foreign language skills (English & Mandarin)
- Communicative and have a good personality
- Integrity, responsibility, independence and discipline
- Likes numbers, details and thoroughness
- High sense of belonging to the company
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist Purchasing & Exim Manager to be responsible for procurement planning and purchasing of all Company operations.
- Responsible for export and import goods/products.
- Responsible for payment of goods from customers.
- Together with Purchasing & Exim Manager, make annual budget planning and activity plan.
- Prepare PURCHASING & EXIM reports every month and submit them at monthly meetings.
- Assist Purchasing & Exim Manager in periodic evaluation of suppliers, vendors, contractors who cooperate with the Company.
- Organize bidding/tenders and provide recommendations on the selection of suppliers, vendors and / or contractors, subcontractors, expidition services etc.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers, vendors, service providers and/or contractors, subcontractors etc.
