Currently looking for candidates to join us for the position:

PURCHASING & EXIM STAFF

Job Qualification :

• Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor Degree.

• Proven as a Purchasing Export Import for 2 years.

• Business English proficiency, both written and oral.

• Excellent with Ms Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong knowledge in customs, export-import shipping regulations and policies.

• Experience handling Industrial & Manufacturing, Mining & Resources and Chemicals & Energy is strong plus.

• Possess capable of working effectively under own initiative and able to adapt to fast-paced, target driven work environment.

• Excellent with Ms Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Must have a SKCK.

• Placement in Sunter, Jakarta Utara.

Job Description:

• Creating Purchase Order based on request from Sales Order and warehouse stock report.

• Establishing professional relationship with vendors and suppliers due for the best pricing quotation.

• Monitoring and following up with vendor and supplier for complete shipping documents and estimated time of delivery item. 

• Coordinate with warehouse team due stock items requested from Sales Order or Customer. 

• Coordinate with finance department for invoicing, term of payment and tax base.

• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
