Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor Degree from all major
• Have min. 5 years experience in related field
• Has advantage knowledge about Export Import and Logistics
• Able to communicate in English
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Software
• Good at filling management, reporting and presentation
• Communicative, high integrity, passionate
• Willing to be placed on Citeureup, Bogor

Tasks & responsibilities

• Open PO to supplier based on inquiry of sales
• Monitoring deliveries from suppliers to warehouse
• Prepare, follow up and check import documents related to shipping and custom clearance
• Process the insurance of goods to the insurance company
• Build good communication with suppliers/ forwarder/ trucking
