• Ensure that proper purchasing procedures are in place, with purchase orders placed only by the Purchasing Department after due authorization by management, and with the obtaining of competitive quotes were required as per policy.
• Assisting Procurement Manager to review all the purchase requests and purchase orders processed by subordinates.
• Ensure that price comparison among other hotels is done on a regular basis.
• Keep good relationship with user department and suppliers.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.
• Ensure that purchases are not done in arm’s length and that no commission or other forms of rewards are compromised in the negotiation.
• Duty to report any unethical behavior from supplier to management.

- Able to work in a team & good communication
- Fluent in English both written and verbally
- Must have experienced in the same position at least 2 years in an upscale hotel
- Hotel or Business School graduates Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree
