Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer/Procurement Management/Supply Chain Management/ Business Economics/ Logistics
• Proven experience in procurement in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction materials, processes, and industry standards.
• Has the ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures

Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential suppliers and contractors for construction materials and services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and contractors.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers quotes
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions of agreement and pricing
• Monitor contract performance and address any issues that may arise.
• Address supplier performance issues and implement improvement plans.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Coordinate with logistic staff to ensure proper materials storage
• Work with project teams to estimate costs associated with procurement.
• Develop and manage procurement budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
