Bentuk pekerjaan- Ensure the materials for production to be available as per requirements from the Project/Production Department.
- Following up on the material shipment with the Logistics Department is based on shipping details from the supplier.
- Accurate, effective, and efficient shipping and material planning activities are ensured to meet customer and internal management satisfaction.
- Fulfilled the procurement activities accordingly by the proper procurement system and stock update.
- Improved the efficiency and loss time in material procurement lead-time is decreased.
- The logistic process flow is evaluated, plans are created, and continuous improvements are recommended.
- Responsible for the smooth flow of material, from receiving to storage and distribution.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and OSHMS regulations.
- Manage stationery: oversee usage, distribution, and ordering.
- Manage uniforms: develop yearly budgets, oversee monthly distribution, and generate monthly stock reports.
- Undertake any tasks assigned by superiors.
- Adhere to existing safety and health regulations, wearing all required PPE as instructed by superiors.
- Comply with the Quality Management System, OHSAS, and any other company-required systems.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma III or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is required.
- Fluency in/understanding of organization-related tools and processes is necessary.
- Good communication abilities and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Fluency in business English communication, both written and spoken, is required.
