Purchasing Staff

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrable understanding and adherence to project purchasing and expediting procedures
• Review the projects specification, company standards, design documents, vendor document and comparison prices. 
• Confident in expediting project Purchase Order and work with minimum supervision
• Liaise with both internal and external personnel in a professional, helpful manner and awareness (eg vendors, buyers, engineering, commercial, document control and warehouse team)
• High level accuracy in verification of all delivery order and documentation of all projects
• Excellent communication skills to interface with Client and Vendor for develop relationship 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Diploma from Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Electrical/Electronic/Instrument Engineering, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years related working experiences
• Purchaser with proven experience in Oil and Gas Projects.
• Prefer experiences in Electrical/Instrument/Procurement/Management is an advantages
• Must to know English and Mandarin language to communicate and coordinate with overseas vendor and supplier
