1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any majors
2. Have a minimum of 1 year experience in the same field
3. Good communication and negotiation skills
4. Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create reports and documentation
5. Proficient with Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
6. Fluent in English both writing and speaking
7. Preferably able to speak Mandarin

2. Create a Purchase Order
3. Follow-up purchase orders
4. Send purchase transaction documents to accounting via travel letter and PO
5. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
