Today, We are seeking a Purchasing Supervisor

About the Purchasing Supervisor:
This position will play a critical role in supervising and controlling the supply of materials needed to meet the construction and operation requirements of Nuanu City- PT Wooden Fish Village (WFV).

Qualifications:

• Willing to be based in Kediri, Tabanan, Bali
• Able to speak English & tech-savvy 
• Proven experience in a Purchasing Supervisory role
• Solid experience working on the building project
• Strong knowledge of purchasing principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Strong organizational and communication skills

What you’ll do:

• Combination of office work and outside work
• Supervise and manage delivery performance, effectively control material quality, delivery date, and cost
• Evaluate and review all purchase requests and purchase orders for local and imported materials. 
• Prepares quarterly requirements of materials based on monthly inventory and construction schedules
• Inventory control support; contribute to selecting high-quality and fair-priced products 
• Researching & purchasing of quality products within defined ranges; price and quality comparisons 
• Analyze procurement data, tap the potential, problem solver, and improve performance
• Manage and coordinate internal and external communication, promote development, and achieve results
• Collaboration with internal teams to prepare upcoming job site orders 
• Monitors staff activities in the process of daily requisitions, expedites deliveries, resolves quality issues, and adjusts supply chain as required (e.g. purchase orders, contracts, bids, and budgetary expenditures; deliveries, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring compliance with established purchasing procedures
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers 
  Pay attention to the communication between suppliers and the team to ensure healthy business development and high performance
• Audit supplier
