Purchasing & Supply Chain Officer

Qualifications & experience

• Min. Bachelor Degree from any major, preferable from logistics or transportation
• Understand import procedure
• Proficient in using Ms. Office (Excel) and Purchasing system (Accurate, etc.)
• Ability to work individually and in a team, under pressure, and work within deadlines
• Having leadership skills and good problem solving
• Fluent in English
• Available for out of town duty
• Full WFO

Tasks & responsibilities

• Ensure the availability of stock materials periodically
• Prepare forecast the ordering of materials
• Supervise import process of materials (BPOM, quarantine, duty customs)
• Conduct lab test for imported materials
• Checking invoices of duty customs, and coordinate the delivery to warehouse with provider
• Prepare report of quality issue and recap reports of complaints about the quality of materials from outlet
• Prepare memo of logistics regarding information about materials
• Check import and forwarder invoices
