Job summary
Looking for exceptionally smart people with strong analytical and people management skills.Responsible for product development and enhancement process.Designing and implementing tests, debugging, and making corrective actions before launches for error-free and reliable products.

Responsibilities
• Identify and review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.• Create detailed test plans and test cases.• Identify, record, document, and track bugs.• Monitor debugging process results and perform regression testing.• Manage client's inquiries and provide application support.• Coordinate system maintenance and upgrade activities.
Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, or relevant major with excellent academic records or outstanding professional/personal achievement.• Participated in a full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology.• Fresh graduates with relevant background or experiences are welcome.• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas.• Meticulous and detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.• Strong and avid interest in web and mobile applications.• Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful team member with good tech/digital knowledge.• Strong influencing and people management skills.• Prior experience as a QA Engineer in a software delivery project would be a "plus".• Prior experience in a product development/IT consultant firm would be a "plus".• Knowledge or experience in implementing projects in areas such as Data Analytics, Agile Methodologies, Cloud, Internet and Mobile Technologies, Customer Relationship Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Design would be a "plus".
