QA Pharmacist

• Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (S1), in pharmaceutical

- Minimum 3 years experiences as a in Ditribution company or pharmacy company

• Job Description

- Prepare reports required by the Ministry of Health / BPOM to meet the provisions imposed by the agency

- Supervise the entire work process in the Branch to ensure that the branch
comply with applicable laws and government regulations as well as the provisions of the Drug Distribution Method that both stipulated by the Minister of Health and the required documentation are well maintained accordingly with established procedures.

- Supervise the implementation of quality control programs and conduct internal audits in accordance with GSDP standards from the Head Office to ensure compliance and find solutions to the controls faced.

- Coordinate with related departments to follow up on the results of BPOM audit reports, internal and external audits so that non-conformities can be resolved immediately.

- Coordinate in the preparation of documentation needed to obtain or renew the necessary permits related to the local Health Office/BPOM.
