Ensure the Success Rate of Production aligns with the company's set targets.
Coordinate with the MD team and vendors.
Ensure the availability of finished goods products on both online and offline sales channels as per the company's specified dates.
Minimize product defects from vendors.
Responsible for handling complaints due to defective goods.
Accountable for the team's performance (KPI).
