Qa Qc Manager

Job Description:

• Supervise and manage all subcontractors QA/QC activity.
• Responsible for the overall coordination of on-site work.
• Compile and review Quality documents.
• Familiar with API & DNV standards of pipeline installation and MIGAS regulation to handle work related.
• Supervise the fire line production and have experience to handle QAQC issue in the site.
• Preferably have experience to do the ISO audit, making a work plan to the quality control / inspection.
• Witnesses the WPS, WQT & PQT process.
• Supervise the line pipe manufacture and participate the line pipe quality inspection.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Required Qualification:

1. Fluent in English, can communicate with CPY/EPcmC/CPP engineer face to face.
2. Proficient in writing English.
3. At least Fifteen (15) years of quality management experience, more than five (5) years quality manager experience
4. Familiar with international standards.
5. Proficiency in ISO 9001 Auditor, CWI and NDT Level 2 Certificate.
6. Minimum of Bachelor Degree of Science & Technology / any Engineering.
