Qa / Qc Supervisor

Job Description:

• Read drawings and specifications
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
• Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
• Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced.
• Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
• Operate electronic inspection equipment and software.
• Responsible to finished good quality
• Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
• Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected.

Job Requirement:

• At least a Diploma of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Have experience in the same position for at least 3 years (having experience in pipe industries will be an advantage)
• Able to use special meters, gauges, computers, and other instruments.
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Team-oriented with the ability to interact with many levels of individuals.
• Knowledge of hazardous chemical handling is helpful.
• Good communication in English is a must
• Willing to be placed in the Cikarang area, PT Berjaya Nawaplastic Indonesia
