The Opportunity : 

In this role, you will be part of the Operation Excellence and Customer Experience team. As a QA Staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional standards across all club facilities, services, and operations. You will be responsible for conducting regular assessments, inspections, and audits to maintain and improve the quality of services and facilities offered by FIT HUB

Job description :

• Conduct routine inspections and audits of FIT HUB club facilities, equipment, and services to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
• Collaborate with club managers and staff to address and resolve any quality-related issues identified during inspections.
• Generate reports summarizing inspection findings, highlighting areas of improvement, and suggesting corrective actions.
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective measures to guarantee continuous quality enhancement.

Requirements :

• Must be based in Surabaya to effectively conduct inspections at FIT HUB club locations within the area.
• Diploma Level 3 in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in quality assurance, inspections, or a similar role within the fitness or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and articulate quality-related issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with club managers.
• Proficient in using inspection tools, software, and technology for reporting purposes.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to travel and work across various FIT HUB club locations.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours occasionally to accommodate club schedules and inspection needs.
• Preferably own personal transportation to support mobility between various FIT HUB club locations
