Job Description:
- Monitoring the production process of all products produced by the company
- Responsible for obtaining quality in the products produced by the company
- Ensure the products produced meet the quality and standards (SOP) set by the company
- Ensure the production process is in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- Responsible for verifying the quality of raw materials / materials for the production of products produced by the company
- Collecting data and compiling data on product quality produced by the company
- Develop, recommend or monitor corrective and preventive actions related to food quality safety.
- Implement appropriate corrective actions and document corrective actions on audit results
- Ensure sustainability compliance with company quality and industry regulatory requirements
- Responsible for selecting raw material suppliers
- Carry out and monitor testing (Microbiology and physics) and inspection of raw materials and products to ensure the quality of the products produced in accordance with food safety standards
- Understand the inspection standards of each process for each product.
- Understand the types of defects that most often occur in each process for each product and understand the appropriate failure criteria
- Handle management plans for all elements related to the company, such as product management methods, defect management methods, and management methods when customer complaints are received.
Qualification:
- 6 years experience as a QA-QC Supervisor (FMCG industry is a plus)
- Good communication skill (English)
- Understand the aspects of food safety in general (HACCP, (ISO 22000: 2008, 17025, 9001: 2008), HALAL, GMP)
- Understand the rules related to security
- Critical thinking and problem solver
- Able to join ASAP
