Qaqc Supervisor

Requirement :

• Preferably having active certificate of Welding Inspector, NDT ASNT TC II MT, PT & RT
• In depth knowledge of relevant legal standards and quality control procedures
• Having experience in calibration IMTE tools and mechanical - chemical test as per related ASTM standard
• Able to present report clearly, in English if needed
• Min 5 years of experience as Quality Supervisor in related industry
• Degree in mechanical or metallurgy engineering
• Team work, problem solver, and the right kind of leader

Some of the responsibilities :

• Lead and manage Quality Assurance & Quality Control department, which scope is inspection, testing, quality documentation, quality compliance and calibration
• Prepare, review and develop data / document Inspection and Test plan in accordance with technical specification & customer requirement
• Verify trial testing and commissioning activities
• Lead major inspection of measuring and testing equipment calibration
• Monitor and control quality of product and process, including welding process
• Prepare, review and develop RI, ITC/R, QA/QC occasional report
