Uraian Tugas
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree of Microbiology Science, Biology Science, Food Technology, or any related field
- At least 1 year(s) experience as microbiology laboratory in FMCG Industry (Dairy Industry will be advantage)
- Familiar for implementation 5S, GLP, GMP, Safety, Food Safety and other Quality Standards and Procedure
- Have good knowledge in Quality Management tools (ISO 17025, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal Management) and Internal auditing
- Have good knowledge of testing non pathogenic and pathogenic microbe (such as TPC, Salmonella, Listeria, Staphylococcus, Coliform, Enterobactericeae, Escherichia coli, Yeast and mold in food, especially dairy.)
- Willing to work in shifts and work with the system off
- Have resilient and strong character
- Able to be place in Cikarang - GIIC, Deltamas
