Qc / Qa Manager

Job Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least min 5 year(s) of working experience as QC/QA Manager in manufacturing industry, especially furniture industry.
• Good understanding about furniture product.
• Good understanding about raw materials and furniture hardware.
• Good knowledge on Quality Management Tools.
• Must be well-organized, detail oriented, and have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Able to manage an active team with strong supervisory skills to achieve approved targets.
• Srong time management and planning skills required to coordinate and prioritise multiple project simultaneously while adapting to changes in business requirements.
• Capable to set clear targets and through effective communication share those goals with team.
• Fluent in English, both verbal or non verbal.
• Willing to travel around Central Java
• Head office in Semarang (Central Java)

Job Description :

• Providing leadership, mentorship, and direction of all QA/QC personnel.
• Delegating and assigning tasks to QA/QC officers and working closely with related engineering, production, fabrication, material handling, and 3rd party subcontractors.
• Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standarts, regulations, product specific specification, and requirements.
• Oversee supervision of all inspections, including 3rd party subcontractors.
• Identity and develop solutions to correct inspection function deficiencies.
• Chek the overall quality and make a decision.
• Take full responsibility for problems related to quality.
• Make a report to the Director.
