Uraian Tugas

Responsibility :

  • Directs kitchen teams for the purpose of guiding them in performing their functions in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Duties range from assisting with menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery/puck up, special requests, and any off-schedule meal delivery as needed.
  • Cooking and distributing food items that meet the mandated nutritional requirement; providing complete and accurate documentation and audit trail for meal served; maintaining facilities in a sanitary condition.
  • Inspects food items and/or supplies for the purpose of verifying quantity, quality, and specifications of orders and/or complying with mandates health requirement.
  • Inventories food, condiments, and supplies monthly for the purpose of ensuring availability of items.
  • Monitors kitchen teams and kitchen areas for the purpose of ensuring a safe and sanitary working environment.
  • Test prepared food for flavor, appearance, and temperature for the purpose of ensuring acceptance of items by clients.
  • Working under limited supervision following standardized practice and/or methods.
  • Monitoring budget expenditures.
  • It is forbidden to use or be under the influence of drugs or alcohol on any project site, all employees are subject to prescreening, random testing and post incident testing. Test failure at any stage will result in removal from site.
