Key responsibilities

  • Maintain the sustainable development of ISO 45001: 2018, especially in Cakung Site and liaise with related stakeholders on the challenge, representing the role of ISO Management Representatives
  • Introduce and develop ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 with ISO Project team from the set up, day to day certification preparations, Focal Point of the audit and maintain its sustainable development once certified
  • Together with core operations team, control the quality of day to day operations, , manage the reporting and performance to always meet agreed KPI with each Customer
  • Together with FSO team, maintain the sustainable development of HSSE implementation on day to day working – using BBS (Behaviour Based Safety) method
  • Work with HSSE manager to follow up all issue related to HSSE, such as physical audit, remote audit, and all related.
  • Partnering with HSSE Manager and other stakeholders in regards to training preparation and execution which relates to QHSSE
  • Evaluate and analyse quality or performance issue related to HSSE and Operations and provide corrective and preventive actions
  • Together with core ops teams to handle and follow up Customers complaints related to quality and performance
  • Conduct continuous improvement process to improve process and procedures
  • Able to be Customer Focal Point to communicate directly with Customer and its stakeholder in regards to quality and performance, and also SOP development
  • The role needs active participations at all levels from strategy to implementations as well as actively influencing and motivating a variety of people to ensure commitment to the overall QHSE systems
