QS/Estimator for Office Interior

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/QS/Interior Design/ Architecture 
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in QS/Estimator in Interior Industry
• Candidate must be able to operate software e.g: sketch up and Microsoft office
• Candidate must have good knowledge & understanding about interior materials
• Understand to make budget plan project (RAB) and unit price analysis
• Good Understanding on Tender Process
• Able to meet the tight deadlines
• Willing and know how to do a site survey

• Capable to Calculate Volume & Cost Estimate Analysis 
• Preparing budget plan project (RAB)
• Preparing BOQ based on cost of material & services
• Preparing tender document
• Budget/Cost Control
• Negotiations with vendors and suppliers
• Doing site surveys
