Quality Assurance Responsibilities:
- Create quality measurements to track improvement in products by creating a standard test case document for execution test
- Execute quality improvement testing and activities (automation and Manual Testing)
- Develop Quality Assurance standards and company processes
- Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand by finding bugs and reporting to the developer team and product manager
- Create reports documenting errors and issues to fixing
- Work closely with the development team to improve existing products based on prototypes and deliver the product expectation as design/ prototype
- Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production
Quality Assurance Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT background is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Working knowledge of products and services
- In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies
- Good customer focus
- Sharp attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and diligent attributes
- Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
